Warehouse Clubs: Their Popularity and Success
week 10
What are warehouse clubs? Warehouse clubs are clubs that offer low price points to consumer, they focus more on the price and value of product rather than the customer service. To get into a warehouse you must pay a membership fee, this fee can vary from club to club. These warehouse clubs have gained in popularity over the years for their affordable prices especially with today grocery's and gas price outrageously expensive. These clubs also offer special cafes and popular food such as Costco 1.50 hot dog and their chocolate chunk cookies. These company focus more of operation efficiency than they do customer experience so if your looking for a place to shop with personalized customer experience this is not a place for you. The three well know warehouse clubs-that will be discussed in this blog- are Costco, Sams club, and BJ's.
