 Both of these are examples of demand-oriented pricing approach. Both involve setting a product at a high price to attract consumers and increase revenue. the products marked at high price can be signified as new and improved or as a high end product. The three main type of classifiers for services include:  -service delivered by people or equipment  -for-profit or nonprofit  -government sponsored  Service Delivered by People or Equipment  Services delivered by people are services run by people such as repairing laptops and computers or retail workers helping consumer find goods in store. These services can also be workers at hotels cleaning rooms or front desk workers helping guest with room problems. TJX Company's Multi-branding Strategy

TJX multi-branding strategy is used to reach different areas of consumer needs, and to broaden their consumer base. Currently their are fiver stores part of the TJX family in America; Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Sierra, HomeSense, and HomeGoods.  All of the  TJX stores offer name brand products at discounted prices. Each store covers  different area of products such as  clothing, shoes, house hold product, food, and outdoor supply. All of the TJX stores are different, each  catering to a different consumer base such as Sierra specializing in outdoor product at a discounted price or HomeGoods in house hold items.    Here is a deeper understanding of the TJX store: TJ Maxx/Marshall's  TJ Maxx and Marshall's are two of the TJX company's most famous and popular stores. Same Products, Different Packaging

Notice how when you shopping at the grocery store all of the adult cereal packaging is boring and very minimum. Usually the adult cereal has a picture of the cereal, description on the healthy benefits, and maybe some little animations. While looking at the kids cereal you see bright colors with bright fun animations and characters with slogans such as "berry blast" or "chocolate goodness." When marketing cereal company tend to add more bright color and friendly characters on their box, kids cereal is also strategically placed below at eye level  so that kids are more likely to pick them up. This is the same with cereal marketed towards adults, the cereal placed at a higher level so they are easy to access and read.
